Gutsy performance by the spurs/duncan. Good for them.

Come on home boys.

I forgot to mention this earlier.

I can't believe that the fans in Dallas jeered Michael Finley. I just can't believe it. Michael Finley is arguably one of the classiest players to come through Dallas, and then they cut him from the team, and then they boo him? Shame on them.

Sybil, is Daniel going to the game tomorrow?

Yes, it finally worked out so he can go. I'm so glad for him.

I'm also shocked that Finley got that kind of reception - he's a great player. I'm betting Steve Nash won't get that, they still love him here.

It's hard to go to bed when your stomach has been tied in knots for the end of a game and it's midnight.

The Spurs were on. I missed Duncan's start, but I was impressed by Ginobili.

Mavs gonna win at home!

When they jeer at Finley its not the classy guy they remember, its the $100 million of underproduction. $100 million as he slid from a 22 ppg player to under 16 with less than 3 assists and no defensive presence. I wanted him to be great and can't quite bring myself to put the t-shirt with his number in the donations pile, but he was quickly becoming a monumental dissappointment. If they boo Nash, at least some of them will be thinking of players like Mashburn and Kidd that got traded away at just the right time.

Un-fucking-believable, do I start to sound like a conspiracy nut when I suggest that the league really wants this to go to seven games? It's that or sheer incompetence.

Hey, that was Logan by the way. I didn't know that Reba was signed in already.

Incedentally, hello everyone :) Nice place here. However, I miss the Polyphonic newbies fawning over the band, don't you?

Damn Cavs couldn't snag a rebound in the last minute to save their life. Even with Rasheed missing every damn thing he shoots on the line we can't catch a break with the loose balls.

TO GAME SEVEN WE GO!

I don't think I can take the tension of a Game 7. Thank goodness the season finale of "24" is on the same night so I can get a break.

Sybil

p.s. oh, yeah, go CAVS!
