The best day of my Facebook life came when I realised I could ignore both Mob Wars and Farmville without ignoring the people playing them...

i lived there for the first three days and did tons of work for other folk, turns out working for your neighbors levels faster, i think. then took the last 2 weeks mostly off. vacation.

If you hover over someone's post, in the top right corner there is a button that says "Hide" with an arrow on it. If you click on this, it sometimes gives you an option. For instance, I could hide all posts by said person, such as "Hide Kevin", or I could "Hide Farmville", which not only does it do this for Kevin but any other person that uses Farmville.

I can stand facebook again because of it...

I hardly ever send out updates from games because they kinda bug me too.

I got an message from Katie's Mob Wars bubby asking if I'd 'care to explain' why he was my only kill ever and assuming I'd noticed that he was killing me repeatedly.
Thing is, I wasn't playing it, I just put the hit out and ceased all updates from the game because I didn't care anymore.

So I replied 'nope.' Then blocked him.

yeah I've hidden all the farm and yovilles, mob wars, and pirates games. I don't care about any of those.

i don't send out updates on games, knowingly. and don't allow them to update on my profile. i got bosses as friends on there.

One of my former coworkers is constantly playing Mob Wars. I mean CONSTANTLY. Wonder how that new job at AT&T is working out for him. . .
