Jan made a damn good point about the grape tray, and I believe it is dishwasher safe. but i went selfish on this and got the mp3 player.

oh, and turns out I also get a lapel pin. it was then pointed out to me that I don't own any lapels.

Two years ago I got about 100 City of Sarnia lapel pins from city hall just by asking one of the people there. Lapel pins are meaningless.

Lapel pins are meaningless.
Maybe to liberals. But they're a real big deal to Republicans.

I got the griddle, a lapel pin (no more fake jewel, just enamel) AND a lunch with 10 of my closest coworkers.

I could have gone with niiiiiiiice dinner with boss and just a few coworkers, but really I didn't want to go outside of the 8-to-5 schedule for it.

Look man you've gotta go with the grape tray.

The DVD player will be cool for like another few years before another storage medium/Blu ray is the predominant way. The 2 gig iPod will be cool until you realize that you have to keep updating it and two gigs will never be enough to have everything you could possibly want and you'll need a bigger iPod.

But the grape tray is a fucking keeper. When you're young and hip it's a kitchy/cool piece of shit you can do drugs off of. And when you're 60 you can use it to serve actual grapes. And when you're 90 you can use it as an emergency bedpan. Gotta go with the grapes, man.
