"Cardio Dance Party in the group exercise room.
Instead of traditional group exercise classes the fitness center staff will be teaching the dance to Michael Jackson’s Thriller. The classes will be at 3 different times beginning at 11:45-12:15, 12:15-12:45, and 12:45-1:15. Come get a 'thrilling' cardio workout and have some spooky fun before you get into that great Halloween costume!"
