And if they are done right, where there's a big wad of dumplin (not those thin wispy overcooked noodles some folks try to pass off as a dumplin. A real dumplin is like an uncooked boiled biscuit) I get a knot in my throat because I miss my Granny. Red beans and cornbread do that same damn thing to me. *sniff*
