Thank you all for the wonderful birthday wishes. Now I need to take my Metamucil.

Oh, for the record Sunny, that is a Fatcap. Basically a Dunny with the head taken off and replaced with a spraypaint nozzle. It's an urban vinyl thing.

yeah count yourself lucky that's all you have to take so far because by the time you reach my age...you're be taking your Centrum with lowering cholesterol benefits, calcium pills, and joint pills to help you move better. oh the glories of getting old. :?
