AUDIOSURF!!!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JROWtJgdHkY[/youtube]
Audiosurf is an IGF Award winning[3] puzzle/rhythm hybrid game created by Invisible Handlebar[4]. Its track-like stages visually mimic the music the player chooses, while the player races across several lanes collecting colored blocks that appear in sync with the music. Currently, the full version is only available for purchase through Steam and includes the entire Orange Box soundtrack files to play.[5]
Audiosurf is a game in which you can "surf" on any music you have. The game automatically generates a 3D track from the music that you choose. Mostly any audio formats are supported.
yes that's right. ANY MUSIC FILE YOU HAVE. you can ride that shit.
AMAZING.
and it's only ten dollars.
EVEN MORE AMAZING.
i have been playing for about six hours. i'm about go to bed, then to school and daydream about playing it all day. then come home and play it for another six hours. at least i hope so.

My son told me to download the demo a few weeks ago. I did but unfortunately I'm not coordinated enough to play any more than mono and on a slow song at that.

He really likes it though.

let me just say that the mono characters are the only ones worth playing. though i don't like to play the easy mono character unless it's on ironmode. ooooh yeah. but ninja mono is fucking badass forizz.

the other modes kind of bore me except for maybe vegas.

Dude I don't even have enough money for books. And I'm just not excited to shell out $96 for a silly philosophy book anyway. But such is the cost of an easy A this time of the year, I suppose.

Last quarter ever, *sob*. I fucking miss college already.

i was thinking the best way to spend 10 bucks would be if you knew a hooker who gave the best 20$ beejes ever and you had a half off coupon. that would be the best.

New San Dor sounds damn tasty. Plus, Bill Addison liked it and that's pretty damn rare. I'm going to have to try it sometime.

has anyone been to andrea's italian restaurant? it's on gaston in a strip mall with a laundry place and maybe a dollar store. the local home owners newsletter always talks it up, want to try it but I usually forget it's there.
