I'm not sure if I want to see it or not. I'm pretty sure I'll be sobbing like a wee baby by the end. I've read about a dozen books that pretty much will make up the screenplay, and they all end the same fucking way (natch).

None of those books will prepare you. Anton Corbijn found a way to make it even sadder. Even darker. What's sad is it's all true.I'm not sure if I want to see it or not. It's still messing with my head today...

I've heard that it's supposed to show at the Inwood on November 2nd.wait, is it going to be screening here? apparently mailing lists don't mean shit...
edit:
According to the Inwood website, it starts running there on November 2nd, not just a limited showing.

here's a hint (not too much of a spoiler one hopes)http://youtube.com/watch?v=-pDLPnhqkjUMere "FAC1975" 1975
- Mere "don't tell me how it ends; I don't know my Joy Division history" 1975
And here's the dumb part: I saw and enjoyed "24 Hour Party People."
- Mere "how can 2 hours of my life just vanish without making a wrinkle on my brain?" 1975
"You'll have to wait until my cameo in the next season for confirmation" - eebs
"I'm one of my favorite things!" - irock
