It's always referred to in the singular although there were in effect 3 civil wars where the royalists and parliamentarian forces clashed. As the first war was 1642-46, the second 1648-49 and the third 1649-51 they wasn't really much of a gap between them.Is that the Civil War in British history? I thought there were a few.
After that, we all united to take over the world for a few centuries
