No. I actually find them sickly. Best donuts I ever had were from a pizza joint in Chinatown NYC...I know how weird that sounds but it's true and I can get backup.

Have the Sufjan Stevens Christmas Box Set yet?

No. I'm skipping it.
I'm actually kinda getting Sufjaned out at this point and... what is it? Four, five cd's of christmas music in this thing. It's a bit much.

I'll probably change my mind tomorrow though. I do that.

Apparently as a small child I loved cooked squash, now it makes me gag involuntarily... because of the texture, not the taste

are there any food textures that make you gag?

whatever that god forsaken texture is that makes up hominy and chickpeas. I almost blark thinking about it.

But I love hummus and I love hominy.

Why is that?

Perhaps you snorted chick peas as a small child and had to go to the doctor to get them removed. You remember the pain, and identify the chick pea with that....or, perhaps you just have different taste buds to me, because I had some this evening and they were lovely.

Do you prefer Brian Eno's vocal stuff or instruemtnal stuff?

Naw. I dig his instrumental stuff way better.

Why did a Brian Eno question bring this thread to a grinding halt for two months?

Probably not enough Brian Eno fans out there. That, and I have a habit of bringing threads to a grinding halt.

Ever heard that song "Grinding Halt" by The Cure?

But of course.

Did you watch the Superbowl?
Alternately, did you there were TWO BLACK COACHES? There were TWO coaches, and they were BOTH black guys, holy fucking shit!!!
Alternately, were you amused by the news coverage that made it seem like it was some kind of a huge civil rights victory that both head coaches were black?

Yes. Yes. Yes. I also noticed that there were two black coaches in the Super Bowl during Black History Month. I smell a vast left-wing conspiracy.

Did it seem like Chicago had a real good chance there in the first few minutes?

My last lie was about how I never lie...oops, I guess I'm not very good at this.

Have you ever made up a story because you knew it would sound good and you intended to say that it was just a "story" and not really true but then, once you had told this "story" it was just too good to deflate with a "psych!"? I haven't, I'm just asking.

Yeah. I was an habitual liar up until I was 19. I don't know why that was. I was self-obsessed/self-concious I guess. But I made stories up all the time.

A receipt at the bar (pint night, huzzah!) last night/this morning.

Not in any way related: When was the last time you made a complete ass of yourself?
