So scientists can earn major word scores in Scrabble with words like "Ytterbium."
Does anyone else ever feel the sting of the "Your signature is too long" message when jimmying with a signature?
- Mere "maybe I could make the quotes last a little longer if my signature could be longer. . . but a quote's beauty is in its short life" 1975

Yes, I do. Mmmm.
If you had a cubicle neighbor who sneezed 5-6 times per day, every day, how often would you say "God bless you/Gesundheit?"
a. Every time
b. First sneeze only
c. Only when the mood hits you
d. Give it up altogether because it's just ridiculous
- Mere "we're friendly but not really friends" 1975

I had a patty melt and my hands smell like onions, but it was worth it.
It bugs me when people make plural things singular. e.g., "a smoky eye" or "a pink lip" for make-up, "a straight-leg pant" for clothing, or "take a scissor to it" for cutting. This seems to be a trend with the makeover shows I watch.
Does that make me crazy?
