Good, then Nerf got the blame for putting Lovecats on there.

I really struggled with that but I just found it irresistably punny.

Any good CD mix detective would have noticed it was from Tx and Nerf isn't.

This was the tracklist I sent...
1 The Vice and Virtue Ministry - Happy Bullets
2 If We Can Land a Man on the Moon, Surely I Can Win Your Heart - Beulah
3 Evil - Interpol
4 Wave Of Mutilation - Pixies
5 Scared Straight - The Long Winters
6 Someone, Somewhere - Luke Temple
7 Shitloads Of Money - Liz Phair
8 Road - Nick Drake
9 The group who couldn't say - Grandaddy
10 A Fine Day For A Parade - Fountains of Wayne
11 Neverevereverdid - Architecture In Helsinki
12 Burst - Shelleyan Orphan
13 Brass Digger - The Starlight Mints
14 Kodachrome - Paul Simon
15 Hurricane - Bob Dylan
16 Brainiac's Daughter - XTC
17 The Lovecats - The Cure
18 Always Love - Nada Surf

I received my CD from someone in Mabank, who is "Not Phyllis". It was titled The New Tool CD, which got me excited until I realised it wasn't. Then it re-excited me because it had the following tunes:

The Zombies - Time Of The Season
Feist - Mushaboom
Mazarin - I'm With You and the Constellations
CocoRosie - Jesus Loves Me
Apples In Stereo - Questions And Answers
Pixies - Gigantic
Gene Chandler - Duke Of Earl
The Smiths - Asleep
The Decemberists - 16 Military Wives
OK Go - Don't Ask Me
Antony & The Johnsons - For Today I'm A Boy
Dandy Warhols - All The Money or The Simple Life
The Beach Boys - Heroes And Villians
Etta James - If I Can't Have You
Sigur Ros - Untitled 1
Gandaddy - Fuck The Valley Fudge
Chad VanGaalen - Blood Machine
Sleater-Kinney - Oh
Flaming Lips - Bohemian Rhapsody
Eisley - Trolley Wood

which is a pretty amazing mix, not only because it flows so well, but Not Phyllis managed to pick an Eisley song that I like!

Now, I'm sure mine hasn't arrived yet, so I'll hold off...

if it had been Journey's greatest hits, I would have claimed it a pile of shite. and even then I would appreciate the irony. Good job, Not Phyllis.

Okay, any one else get theirs yet?

My mailbox is still empty. And Steveums, let me know if you don't have yours by week's end. It should be there any day now.

Kristen - I've heard from your sender, they apologise for the delay and will be sending it off this week.
Phyllis - Same goes for you, apologies.
Jim - I've heard from your sender, it's in the post!
Dan - Not sure, will check up
Ellie - Not sure, will check up

Jim - I got your CDs a couple of days ago.. thanks! I only know about 4 of the artists, and none of the songs, so that bodes well :D
What's the first track of CD 1? I can't read it on the sleeve notes.

And, er, thanks for the peanut butter things. They're... interesting
