Mocking the incompetents

When one of our privatised rail companies, Railtrack plc, went bust some bright spark registered a dormant company in Scotland with a similar name - Railtrack Limited.

This meant that over the past few years, hapless solicitors and incompetent local authorities who didn't do their research properly got some interesting correspondence in reply. The pdf above is a copy of that correspondence, some of the language is a bit strong but the responses are rather amusing.

Funny, but I gotta wonder - did they incorporte just so they could spend their days mocking solicitors and gleaning details about other people's lawsuits?

Maybe they had ambitions to become bloggers / authors?
