Among all of the requests for Bratz dolls and electronic games. . . I found a Salvation Army Angel whose need was "white boots" and whose want was "a ukulele!"

(Her sister requested white boots and an acoustic guitar, so I guess they are starting a band!)I also got a tooth fairy pillow for a 5 year old whose teefs are going to start coming out this year. It is not as cool as these, unfortunately:

any present specifically designed for holding money seems alright to me. even if it is the form of a slightly scary giant tooth. the tooth fairy was a big friggin deal at my house since i had to get so many of my teeth pulled. think my mom felt bad, so she went a wee bit overboard.
