couple changes in plans so far:

arriving at 10 am on thursday instead of 7 pm. hoorayyy! don't know what's up for the day yet. i'll probably need a nap because i will be waking up at 3 am (or possibly not sleeping at all that night) to catch my 7 am flight. playing it by ear is good. safe to say i will be drinking that evening.
