last week I had the bestest cupcakes EVER! OMG they were yummy. One was chocolate with a bit of caramel in the center with the fudgiest icing on top in a big thick swirl, the other was white with the yummiest chocolate buttercream. *mouth watering*. However, this week is super LOW CARB for me. *sniff*

buttercream!!!!!!

cream cheese frosting reminds me of bagels and lox and being jewish and other things that are not cake. buttercream is much cakier. it wins.
