add the phrase, “who are capable of having children with one another” to the legal definition of marriage;
what about women whose lady parts don't work/have been removed? or old people?

require that couples married in Washington file proof of procreation within three years of the date of marriage or have their marriage automatically annulled;
what the hell? you cant be married unless you want a kid right away? fooking craaaazy shit

I think the pont is that those marriages wouldn't be legal.

They're trying to take a completely radical view to prove how absurd the Andersen v. King County decision is. Trying to make the "slippery slope" a reality.

I won't defend their strategy, but they're not saying seriously that this is a good idea.
