Alright then. A politician keeping a promise is damned suspicious. Anyway, I still like the guy, at least I do right now.http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070120/ap_ ... ardson2008I like him, but he promised New Mexicans he wouldn't and it appears he intends to keep his promise !?!is Bill Richardson no longer in the discussion for the Dems...I mean, the latin vote....
Got an email this morning from my friend Hillary
Sybil
It goes on and on, but you get the gist. My favorite part is where she called me "Dear Sybil". I KNEW she cared!Dear Sybil,
I'm in. And I'm in to win.
Today I am announcing that I will form an exploratory committee to run for president.
And I want you to join me not just for the campaign but for a conversation about the future of our country -- about the bold but practical changes we need to overcome six years of Bush administration failures.
Sybil
Are you on the list?

george bush sends me pictures of him and his family. I think it's because I sent a letter on behalf of NORML to a republican once. He cares about me.

I would like to take this opportunity to declare my bid for the presidency in 2008. Now, I know what you're thinking. You're thinking that I don't have the broad-base of knowledge required to lead the free world, that I lack experience and maturity, that I don't own enough suits and sensible shoes. I can't dispute the fact that I'm not exactly a pillar of wisdom. Hell, I don't even have a high school degree. But think of it this way: all of my choices would be made purely on gut-based instinct. None of that "weighing the facts and making an informed decision" crap. And yeah, sure, I haven't proposed legislation or amended anything, but I have watched an occasional episode of The West Wing when nothing else was on. As for my lack of maturity, I make up for that by being not in the prime of my life, but the infancy. I'm damn near invincible! Assassination attempts? Not a problem, thanks to my impenetrable force field o' adolescent youth. Bad heart? Out of shape? Overweight? High cholesterol? Erectile dysfunction which could be indicative of more serious problems? No, no, no, no and definitely, most positively, not. Regarding suits and sensible shoes, I think it's high time to bring Casual Monday Through Sunday to the Oval Office. However, t-shirts and jeans wouldn't be my only contributions. If elected Madame President, I promise to make big changes. As a politician of the people, I would reinstate everyone's favorite way of getting things done: slavery. But not just any old slavery, either. Child slavery! The perfect solution to our nation's foster care crisis, child slavery is also the answer to immigration. No longer would there be a need for illegal aliens to do our dirty work when there's little Timmy, with his tiny, nimble hands, excellent for doing the most intricate, detailed manual labor. All this and more if you vote for me. I'm in it to win it*!

Due to the economy, I had to let my signature go.
I'd vote for you, if you were 40.

It is my duty as a crazy New Mexican to vote for governor Bill.
No, really.
Actually, I think he's really solid (wish he would have run back a few years ago), and think that a Richardson/Obama ticket would go straight to the top.
