the weather is a few steps from being jacket weather, and i, for one, cannot wait!

ever have a problem with a company (in my case, a phone company) that simply does not seem to go away, even though it's totally not your fault, and the company refuses to listen to you?

Yeah, I've been on both sides of that one. Big companies program Customer Service Reps like they program their customer care systems. 99% of what they need to do can be accomplished by one of 10 steps. If it falls outside those 10 steps, it does not compute.

the first one was from a few weeks ago, and was alone at the time, and it was, again, at the time, a fair question. the second one? heh, that's like asking me if i want to go to a Democratic Party lunchenon. the third one? simply an offshoot of the first post. not defending, just sayin', is all...and two of them are in the 'discuss music'

would it be rude to tell this kid next to me to cover his damn mouth when he coughs?
