i feel so bad for all of those players
i did so much exercise though because of all my flailing limbs

p.s. my dad's in a bad mood because someone at the pub tried to pick a fight with him (big chelski fan) saying that Lampard should not have been allowed to play in the world cup!

Not to make it worse, but hindsight being 20/20, they'd have probably been better off without him. John Terry and Joe Cole were great though.
