The quote in Sam's signature is from a line that always cracks us up in the movie Coming to America. It references a 70s TV show called That's My Mama.

I thought it was fake, until flipping channels this weekend, I saw an old rerun -- so I recorded it to show Sam.

The weird part: it was the episode titled "The Shakedown," and according to IMDB, it originally aired on Jan. 15, 1975. THE DAY I WAS BORN.

oh yes, I watched that show when I was wee lass. it was the heyday of black shows on tv as I recall.
