Summer Sundae

Music, movies, entertainment, etc. Because James wanted it (and seems like a pretty good idea)

Summer Sundae

Postby James » Sat Apr 14, 2007 11:13 am

We're going again this year...The Magic Numbers, Divine Comedy, Spiritualized, Echo & The Bunnymen, and !!! will be worth it alone, and they always manage to add some pretty heavyweight stuff fairly late. Don't know if it will measure up to last year, but it will definitely be worth it.

Anyone else?

Doesn't look as good as last year's too me at the moment (and even last years one needed a few more good bands). The Divine Comedy are the only must-see band that has been announced for me. Would've been perfect if they had played there last year instead.

Am contemplating the End Of The Road Festival again this year, depending on the line-up, and maybe the Latitude Festival, as Arcade Fire, The National, and Wilco will all be playing (and others I forget), which seems enticing. & perhaps whatever festivals I'm From Barcelona play. So yes, barring a sudden rush of late band announcements at Summer Sundae, I doubt we'll go to it again.
