Hot Fuzz

I just got back from a screener of Hot Fuzz (thank you Dallas AFI Film Fest). Hoshits this movie is fucking incredible. Damn good action and all the homage you can pack into a cop flick. Definitely worth catching.

YAY!!! I'm glad you got to see it!
It was a LOT bloodier than I thought it would be, but then again that doesn't really suprise me.

It was pretty sweet. Simon, Nick and Edgar were there to open the movie and then stayed after for Q&A. The oddest thing was that Dolph Lundgren introduced the movie. All the meatheads standing in line around me were all "wow, he's not really that big... I could take him." I wonder how many times people have tried to take a swipe at him because they think he really is like Ivan Drago.
