Kaiser Chiefs in Dallas

Music, movies, entertainment, etc. Because James wanted it (and seems like a pretty good idea)

Should be interesting.

KC are great live....I don't know why people put them down. They're actually one of the best live bands around. They get the entire crowd going in nothing flat. You just don't see that anymore. Also I think that album is great.

Thanks to eebs for the heads up about them so long ago.

Oh I know...they are a great live band, no doubt. I've just gone off em due to severe overplay and lack of a new album (yet, I know it comes out next month....) But if I hear "I Predict A Riot", "Modern Way" or "Everyday I Love You Less And Less" anymore I'll break things.

seen the video for ruby a couple of times now, song's growing on me a bit but i'm not convinced that the new album's going to be better than Employment. Modern Life is rubbish.....

heard ruby and don't like it at all. It's not like any of the songs from employment. Not catchy at all. You can check out the first live performance they did of it here

This is EDGE FEST?

I thought I'd attended my last Edge Fest. Looks like I have to go back. Never thought I'd go to a festival featuring Papa Roach... but if Placebo and Kaiser Cheifs are playing too, I guess I'm in. I like Blue October alright, and I don't hate the Killers.
