Uncut (the only music magazine I think has a reasonable opinion about bands) gave album of the Month to a band called The Hold Steady, so i decided to investigate. They seem pretty cool.

Has anyone else heard of them?

I have been hearing OF them for a while, but only recently have heard them. One song on a mix I got - kinda catchy.
