I used some soy sauce the other day that is def older than a year... I'm ok... I cooked with it though.

yikes! believe it or not the frige just got cleaned out yesterday, so I'm safe for now. However, I'm almost certain I may have over extended an item or two or three in my time, I must have a stomach of steele or something.

maybe the natural stuff? all that oil can go rancid. as if PB ever lasts that long anyway.

How long does it last if you have to put it in a cooler because the power's been out so long?

Jiff is like a year, if it doesn't have high fructose corn syrup in it, it's like 3 months or so.

I once at spoiled peanut butter. I don't recommend it.
