i loved you like a mother, bea arthur. this is a very sad day for me. but i am looking forward to the inevitable bea arthur memorial marathons of the golden girls on all the old lady stations.

i don't think my parents know yet. they're always the last to know and i never know how to break it to them. they were devestated when i told them joey bishop was dead and that was last week... and also two years late
