I guess I need to watch the show to see how cops who investigated what was made to be a drug house are crooked.

that's not where he suggests it. his suggestions were stuff like if you can take out the cupholder, put your stash under that, and hide individual joints under the console since officers normally look for like a pound of marijuana under there
