really? that's kind of stupid. five years in prison for killing an online persona? wouldn't you think the game would have some kind of backup or could restore the player somehow? it's a douchebag move, but i don't think it warrants time in prison. ban her from the game for life or something. that might actually be worse for her, come to think of it.She has not yet been formally charged. If convicted, she could face up to five years in prison or a fine up to $5,000.
