it's been the downfall of many a vegetarian.

and for those who think i'm being clever in that internet kind of way, i'm totally not. it's what did me in, and so many of the ex-vegs i know say the same thing....it's hard to give up the bacon. its the perfect meat. it's hard to let it go.

I've made the argument before, but there really isn't anything that doesn't go well with bacon. Bacon and PB sammiches rock the hizzy, bacon and chocolate is insanely good. Bacon is supreme!!!!

Never that big of a fan. But then, no one ever said I was "normal".
Thank God.

Pepperoni pizza was always my downfall when I tried to go veg, that or lack of discipline.

Anyway, I think bananas are the most perfect food. Or almonds. No, wait: wheat. No, cheese.

Although bacon can be mighty tasty. Especially in a salad with feta, tomatoes, oil and vinegar, and spinkled paprika, sesame, and poppy seeds. Or in mashed potatoes with lots of cheese and sour cream. Or wrapped around shcrimps... or filet mingon. Or in baked beans with cumin and brown sugar. Or a classic Thomas Ave. BLT with mayo and fries. Or in a grilled cheese sandwich, maybe with some avocado, too.

Still, not the most perfect. Steak is better. Or bananas. Or broccoli. Or whiskey.

I was just thinking of all the different types of meats you can make with pigs and cows. There's just so many different kinds. Then you look at chicken, and what comes to mind? White meat and Dark meat. Chicken is so boring.

I agree. Chicken is a terribly inferior meat stuffs, even subordinate to other poultries.

Although I rarely pass up a good fried chicken drumstick. Although I am rarely offered one.

Can't do gouda. Never like smoked cheeses, either. Or Brie *ducks punch from James*

I like white cheddar, English Cheddar, Irish Cheddar, Double Glouschter, Monterry Jack, Aged Baby Swiss, cream cheese, Neufatchel, Edom, Boursin, Mozzerella, Ricotta, Romano, Parmesan Reggiano, Manchego, Camembert, goat cheese, Feta...

I'd feel sorry for any man with a phallus like a chicken drumstick.

You were getting all Native American on us with your 'using the whole cow' spiel. Though I think you should have come up with more than
