I survived it ok too. I hear Ike is currently still sucking down in Galvaston though.

I saw that Tyler got it pretty bad. How close are you to Tyler?ike sucked. i survived it okay, thanks for asking, but it still sucked.

he hasn't been around in awhile...that post/this thread is from Nov. 2005. apparently they can't think of new "I" names when naming hurricanes.

I think what we have here is some name confusion.
Tyler = a town in East Texas which sustained some damage from the bad weather.
Tyler = beloved, but little seen forum member
