Teen Pregnancy

OMFG Palin's 17 y/o daughter is pregnant, this news totally made my day. I feel sorry for the kid and all, and I think it's totally sick that she has to get married now, but the news still made me happy.

You can call ME old-fashioned, but if I had a 5 month old with Down's Syndrome, 4 other kids in school -- and now a teenage daughter about to have her own baby -- I probably wouldn't go for a promotion at work right now.

Much less, run for VP.

I'm surprised they let the internet rumors about the 5 month old being her daughter's baby (and not Sarah's) be the thing that prompted this announcement. Seems like basic public relations to try to own the announcement yourself, and have it be public knowledge before people start posting rumors about it.

Right - made me wonder how long they thought they were going to keep it quiet - I mean, girl is 5 months pregnant, it's not like no one will notice, unless they've got her locked in the house.
Also, did anyone else hear that baby switch story before the Republicans started using the mean old liberal blogosphere as their reason for the announcement? Cuz I didn't, seemed to me like they were trying to create sympathy.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

yeah what a joke. Icannot believe the GOP are in this deep. Almost makes me wonder who could they make such a HUGE mistake? VEEPS are checked, right?

I'm guessing that's why Edwards was not chosen, an affair was coming out in the wash.

Something's a bit off. Not sure what, but I feel a big fat hmmmmm coming on.

So, I wonder if the advisor that sold McCain on Palin is a Battlestar Galactica fan.
