one of the last brews I helped put together (I'm one hell of a sparger) was an apple-cinnamon wheat. It was mighty tasty.

We haven't brewed forever. I say go for something light, clean, and summery.
(But that's usually what I go for anyway

when were the apples added and waht form were that (juice cider?) I made a cider once, and although it smelled good, that sucker was dry.... I would be afraid of the same thing happening

If I'm remembering correctly, we chopped up a shitload of apples and put them in the boil along w/ the cinnamon and malt. We did end up having to strain the boiling water (not a fun task), but the result had a good apple taste.
