I'm seeing a [new] shrink today (counselor, whatever) for the first time since high school.
and after that I'm getting a massage.
and then I'll probably take a nap.
this is nice. I like when other people fix me.

I went for a mani-pedi in the spa chair....that massage went on for an hour. tension gone and it only cost me $30 with tip! now I'm ready to start drinking by the pool...tomorrow in San Diego! TIKI OASIS AWAY!

oh I had a coupon for a free massage. it ended up being at a chiropractor's place and they gave me a 10 min massage and then he tried to sell me laser treatments for my back (claiming I will never have pain again just because they break up the scar tissue, which i've already had done) and asked me all about med school and my goals in life. i.e. THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF A RELAXING MASSAGE. thanks for bringing up all the shit that stresses me out, "doctor". jerk.
i'm going somewhere else tomorrow to get a real massage. expensive but worth it every few years.
