Instant Hatred

Ever see someone and just instantly assume from what they're wearing / drving / saying that they must have no value as a human being?

On my commute this morning I saw a red Hummer H3 with a brand new shiney red STUSSY sticker on it.

Is there any message I should have gotten from that other than "I'm a giant douche bag with more money than sense, deparately clinging to my youth - during which I was as alternative as the overpriced bullshit at the mall would allow?"

i "or am I just judgmental?" rock

p.s. I had Stussy stuff when I was a teenager too, I'm not sayin anyone who did is neccesarily an ass... just this guy.

I agree with you. But I can say that "instant hatred" is the second great fictional austin band name that I have thought of today. The other was when I saw "frozen milk" when I got to school this morning.

Just remembering the ever famous "cum dumpster" fictional band name from college.

The kid next to me in class was talking about his car problems on Friday. He just got an H3 for his 21st birthday, and the clutch is already falling out.

Good thing he has his souped up, restored Mustang to drive as back-up.

I wanted to ask him just how much gas he plans on using this year, but I kept my bitter yap shut for once. After all, he's one of the only kids friendly to the adult student in class.

I instajudge. I like that word and I'm stealing it.

The two places where I instajudge the fastest - the gym and the mall in Frisco.

Oh, and Uptown.

On my Mazda, I had a Stussy sticker next to a Tripping Daisy sticker next to a Dah-veed sticker next to my sorority letters (ha ha) next to some walking eyeballs that made me feel pseudo-transcendental, but probably just made me look a little bit Deadhead.

P.S.
When they started carrying Mossimo clothing at Target, it was like seeing an old friend.

P.P.S.
Yes, I do realize that people instajudge my Julius sticker on my Mini Cooper, just like I instajudge the H3 types. It's cliche, I guess, but I like these things so I don't care.
