I read on some ad space thingy in the Tonga Hut bathroom wall on NYE in LA that you forget 80% of what you learn everyday. I can say this is very true since I've already forgotten most of the items I read on this list.

I totally disagree. For me it has enabled me to enhance my vast pool of useless trivia without having to have 6 shelves of reference books taking up space in my house (I left 'em w/ dad

That's just the entrance to the shopping mall area. There are a few stores in there. TK Maxx is actually pretty big. Probably not AS big as in jumbotronland, but still has a decent size sock section.
