I got to meet Justice O'Connor in San Diego this weekend....and hear her speak. Not my favorite justice, but still pretty rad for a middle school social studies teacher.

To me she said--Helllo, nice to meet you.

The speech was a pretty generic romp through education / the constitution. The question and answers went pretty smoothly until the conspiracy theorists/teachers got to the mic. They shut things down. But all in all I found her very witty and honest about things (admitting votes she wished she could change etc).
