SO weird -- my friend Marya is a counselor at a high school in Carrollton and they did it in that high school. . .
And the other day at a soccer game, I heard a lady talking about the "soldier boy teacher dance at the pep rally" and I said, "In Carrollton?" Nope, at Marcus High School.
Must be the in thing this year!

They could have earned so much more respect if they had done the Soulja Boy.

They did a nice job dancing, at least!
Hey -- dumb question -- what is the name of that song in there that goes "to the right, to the right, to the right, to the right" etc.?
It's like a macarena kind of song?

mere, that would be the "cha cha slide".
my campers knew every word and taught it to me. i actually sort of like it, (AT CAMP). its way less annoying than the macarena or chicken dance or whatever but it still has a set dance you can do with kids. 8 year olds seem to love it anyway. so its a good song relative to all the other songs in the comes-with-a-dance genre.
