I did a focus group on those, we didn't actually try them, but they were asking our opinions about them. They said they were being test marketed in Texas. They smelled minty, etc.
The tobac companies will take your money any way they can.

Trust me, they are nothing but nicotine candy. The cinnamon was tasty, but indistinguishable from a jolly rancher. dangerous.

this stuff is being marketed because more and more it's harder to be a smoker, laws being passed can't smoke here and there. So they want to capitalize on that fact and offer a nicotine product that doesn't require smelly second hand smoke.
