My bet is that you'll need more than kindling as most of the cold war-era gov't buildings were built to survive a nuke. First stop fancy office (and do you have a window?) Next stop a expense account to sxsw. Oh yeah....And today in the lobby some fancy guy (probably from marketing) in a suit was talking about how he was going to SxSW tomorrow - probably on an expense account. "Rounding out his tour of Texas."
