Now I see this tying into the Captain America situation.
At least, that's what I heard.Richard Bruce "Dick" Cheney (born January 30, 1941), was assembled from the remains of a team of crack commandos killed in a daring raid on Prime Minister Tojo's personal lair that could have avoided Japan's entry into WWII. His early life was wracked with the inherited memories of pain and remorse of this failure. This caused him to become wildly enthusiastic about the total destruction of America's enemies at any cost. He is said to have the strength of 100 and mysterious powers that may be a "death ray." It was rumored that the firebombing of Dresden in 1945 was actually done to cover the traces of his personal savagery. His many "health conditions" are simply due to the replacement of his WWII era parts with those from more contemporary heroes. His power has grown from the US's wars, not politically, but literally.
