 times a thousand.

Just a few months ago Geraldo and O'Reilly were yacking their jaws about how insignificant the Daily Show and Colbert Report were. They seemed to go on a bit too much about it, making me think they were doing more to convince themselves than anyone else.

Then Bill O'Reilly and Colbert do the guest spot thing.

Hmmm, right?

Now Fox is going to launch their own version of The Daily Show.

If the "leaked" video is any indicator, it's gonna be [sarcasm]really, really, really, really funny.[/sarcasm]

And there is something familiar about the title of the show.

Oh yeah! Now I remember.

a marion berry joke? an obvious laugh track? wtf. it's like the same "laugh" everytime. jon stewart doesn't need a laugh track because people ACTUALLY find him funny. god this is so fucking stupid.

I laughed a couple times, but I don't see how they can come up with enough new material to keep it going.

the whole "all time low rating of 99.999 %" was pretty damned funny.

the laugh track was horrible though.

For me, this means re-telling the joke to myself. It only works when the writing is really good. But Colin was writing for the show then, so, not so much. This show would be lucky to have him.
