what about women whose lady parts don't work/have been removed? or old people?add the phrase, “who are capable of having children with one another” to the legal definition of marriage;
what the hell? you cant be married unless you want a kid right away? fooking craaaazy shitrequire that couples married in Washington file proof of procreation within three years of the date of marriage or have their marriage automatically annulled;
