i keep thinking it might be their anasthesiologist (sp?) or the new doctor but thats obvious, or their son??

ok these episodes where dr. macnamara is dating the woman who's in the witness protection program suck. this story line makes no sense. ok all of a sudden he has a new wife and son.
and p.s. the macnamaras' son is UGLY. why won't they acknowledge that? everyone on the show keeps pretending he's sexy when he looks like michael jackson with a unibrow. it's like when sarah jessica parker was pregnant and they just made her wear baggy clothes on sex and the city. JUST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SHE'S FAT!
