Yes. If we're talking arguments. Physical fights... I don't remember. Probably not.

Should I run out a buy a 50 lb. bag of rice? The news makes it sound like I should.

Nah, use this as a chance to give up the white carbs. Rice is tasty but not very nutritious anyway. Now if only flour and sugar were outlawed...that would be me thin!

What's the one thing you would find hard to give up?

There's TONS of things, but I guess you mean like stuff we don't really need? Alcohol.

Ever thrown a dinner party?

Do BBQs count? We used to have cook-outs at my old house in Lake Dallas. We also had a couple of friends Thanksgivings where my roommate and I made all the food. I guess that is sort of dinner party-ish.

Do you like Red or White wine?

i'm all about the reds -- whites taste like flowers and perfume. except for a few of the new zealand/australian whites - they're ok.

what's going on this weekend?

Gots to keep focused, loads to do...sell some items on ebay or craigslist, put all the stuff back in my kitchen as I had it painted last week and have been busy every night this week. Also some other general projects around my house (I've been doing loads of home improvements so things are here and there and everywhere).

Where and when is your next trip?

Sure, lots of mosquitoes, a tick or two -- but nothing was as bad as when I was stung by a school of jellyfish when I was 9.

What are you allergic to?

I don't know if this classifies as an allergy, but I am highly sensitive to Mangos. Which sucks because I LOVE MANGOS! The sap from the Mango tree can be an irritant much like poison ivy. I learned this from Alton Brown.

What's your favourite alcoholic beverage?

I gotta say pina colada! Or a nice fruity drink (Jackie, any tiki mug fillers you suggest?)

Hey James, Paul &/or Amy -- are you craving anything small and portable from the United States?

The only food item I can think of is Cheerios, but that isn't really small and portable. There is a Nintendo DS game I'm after. Will PM you about this. :)

What about you James?

Oatmeal Cream Pies are the only thing that came to mind, but again I don't know how small and portable those are. We're good for Emergen-C and Neosporin; the two items we stock up on massively, as well as the little plackers dental floss things.

Don't we have Cheerios in the UK? I could've sworn I ate them all the time a few months ago...

we do, but the ones we have here are coated in sugar rather than being plain so Amy's not a fan.

what's the biggest restaurant bill you've ever seen?

(the guys got through £800 worth of wine and food before we arrived yesterday...)

Actually seen? Probably around $200. But I know I've been to business dinners where the bills must've been over $1k.
Wow 800 pounds is a serious check.

Would you please create my Wiki on Amy Tan and do my presentation tomorrow?
