Today was really fantastic... Eebs and I both took the day off of work and booked tickets on Megatrain to London which was really really cheap.
We arrived in London at 1pm and did some shopping... Eebs bought me season four of Family Guy!!! YAY YAY!! Then we went down to the Museum of London which was really interesting.
After that we wandered over to Notting Hill area and checked out Crazy Homies. It looked good, but they weren't open for another hour so we wandered down to another place nearby that I read about on the internet called Taqueria.
OMKF. The food was sooo good. Authentic Mexican. Not Tex-Mex. It reminded me of Pepes. They also sold spices and other things and I got some Mole Poblano Paste and freshly made corn tortillas... that only means one thing... I can make MOLE ENCHILADAS!!!
Here's proof that good Mexican food exists in London:
We wandered in and out of a few record stores and finally made our way back to Waterloo. Eebs bought us Krispy Kreme birthday donuts and we got on the train.
Now we are back home. I'm happy and sleepy. It was one of the best birthdays ever!!!!
