Kids love flashy free stuff; who doesn't.

done. had the pens, cards and flyers. the kids had some really good questions like how much money do i make and do i hate any of my clients. haaaaaaaa.

talked a lot about math, handwriting, and communication. trust. diligence.
self-discipline. asking for help when necessary.

it was nice. thanks for all of the input.

dolan's best friend's mom, uhhhhhhhhhh, gets REALLY bizarre when she is doing a RE deal. i have done three with her, and i've decided she is just too scared of a person to mess around with such high figures right now in her life. and her kid was in the class.
so i did -- when one of the kids asked that question, i looked at him and said, "hey! your mom is one of my clients!" and everybody busted out laughing. (now, this is a kid who keeps a toothbrush at our house. he is like another kid of mine, ya know? we take him on vacations and stuff.) so he replied, "i'm gonna draw a mustache on you while you are sleeping!!!" which was cool. everyone laughed. and i think he liked having the juice to talk to a grown up kid like that.

and that's what happened.

got the thank you notes for this yesterday. gonna put them on the website that i have not made yet. they are hilarious, though. one girl said,

"you were funny and honest and interactive and made being a realtor much less boring than i thought it was."

love that. i think.
