I feel all dirty after watching that...
That's why I haven't brought myself to watch it.

Today isn't a good day.

And I don't have time for a shower.
I would rather rape my own ass than watch it

will the confession that i've never heard an entire white stripes record be met with the same shock and amazement that met my confession about the soft bulletin?
Probably about 60% of the shock, 70% of the amazement according to my calculations.

I've only listened to each one all the way through once. White Stripes records make me A.D.D. and I end up changing after a few songs. Admittedly, I'm not the biggest fan, except live they're amazing.

I'm not going to get depressed about an artist making a cool commercial with musical and cinematographal (word?) value.

I believe I am a smart consumer. I can enjoy something they're showing me without being compelled to buy something I don't want to buy.

I also like it when directors like Spike Jonze make interesting and unusual music videos.

P.S.
Did Jack White direct this commercial? Or just write the song?

I just despise commercials period. I don't think there's one out there I like at all.

Artists do what they want/need to do. But I still feel like, whenever I'm subjected to one:
commercials=another moment from my life I can't get back.

Actually I feel that way about any marketing (like when I read a billboard, I get totally pissed off that I read it). And I understand it's a necessary evil. But I still really, really hate it.

I would rather see an artist do an original song for a commercial than to use songs we grew up listening to.

Why did you sell your songs to CSI, Pete?

awwwwwww. that is so, like, togetherness how the well-put-together lady is sharing an umbrella with the filthy-ass homeless-looking guy. even though it wasn't raining.

i guess she just thought it was the right thing to do. what a good girl.
