seriously, which one would you rather shove in your gullet (for those of the meativore persuasion)
Pfft, I'm not fussed. They're both going to look the same on my plate. No doubt I'm doing to die of some cancer related illness due to working in a chemistry lab, so I'm not too fussed about genetically modified animals*.

*That is, unless they make 10 foot tall super chickens, who turn against their masters and enslave humanity. Don't fancy that at all.

I'm more worried about the giant rabbits versus the giant chickens. Hell, I didn't even consider the Cadbury variety of bunny <shudder>

Just looks like the two were cooked differently. That first one is grilled up something nice and the second one bears no marks of the grill.

Plus, chef preparation? Glazes/Sauces?

hell, the whole point is that "new" pigs cook up white and "old" pigs still look like meat (red, etc.)

I think roach and I are going to have to fire up his grill and do a damn YouTube for this. BTW, both of those dishes were pretty damn tasty.

I wonder if they do the same to cows then. I was buying minced beef last week and the organic and GMO was side by side. The organic was dull and almost grey and the GMO was bright red.

absolutely. Typically, though, it's because the GMO is exposed to carbon monoxide to make it nice and red. In theory, they can't do that to the organic.
