so to add to this. it seems that bacon is the downfall of vegaterians, but placentas are.

Well, no animal is coming to harm, are they? That's like saying you're not vegetarian if you bite your nails.

but yeah. the idea of placenta stew does not appeal.

man, i used to think katie holmes was hot and pretty and all that. now i just think she's a nutter. and i dont know if i can blame tom cruise for ruining her...i mean, she'd have to be nuts to want to hook up with him anyway.

even though nothing died it still is "meat"

human placenta was once (and still is?) used in a number of cosmetic products...
I'm not saying you're wrong but usually when placenta is listed as an ingredient, it's not human placenta.

A friend of mine had 3 home births and being the good Texan that she is, put them in a hole and planted crape myrtles over them. (Stored one if the freezer until it was time to plant, too.)

I hope it all works out for her 'cause if it doesn't she's gonna have a time gettting away from him with the young'un. At least Brad and Angelina are more equals, Tom and Katie...you don't even have to think about it.
